The Slogans of Atisha

I'm Sarah and I will be journeying with you throughout our contemplations on the slogans of Atisha.
I came across the slogans recently and haven't worked with them before.
I will share my own open contemplations on each of the 59 slogans and welcom

Today's Suggestion:
Use the slogans to transform difficult circumstances into loving kindness.
When challenged or triggered turn to the slogans to choose this new of being over the habitual way.

What a year baby…

Christmas Day last year I was pretty sure we were pregnant but it was just a little too early to tell, a few days later and those two pink lines told us Aether was on his way 🤍
