To keep things simple our sessions are priced by time not by content.

Mettitation is a multidisciplinary practice with a selection of tools available for our clients. Your session can be focused on Meditation, Mindfulness, Coaching, Calm Birth Meditation Method, Healing or Reiki, or a mixture of these practices. If you’re not sure what will be most helpful we can work together to find the right session for you.

Our treatment space is located centrally in Barbados, however all sessions are available virtually via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video.

Reiki First Degree

Become attuned to Reiki energy. Reiki First Degree takes place over two days, you will learn about energy work and intention setting, receive 4 attunements and practical guidance on how to treat yourself, others & animals. You will receive a certificate of completion.

Reiki Second Degree

Reiki Second Degree takes place over two days, you will receive further learning about energy work and intention setting, receive attunements and practical guidance on how to treat yourself & others.

You must have completed Reiki First Degree & have been practicing at that level for at least 3 months to embark on Reiki Second Degree.

You will receive a certificate of completion; it is at this level that you may treat others on a professional basis.

Reiki Master Practitioner

The Reiki Master Practitioner course takes place over two days; you will receive master level attunements & explore in depth discussion, practice & guidance at this profound level of energy work.

Students must be Reiki Second Degree attuned and be comfortable working with the practices at that level to embark on this course.

You will receive a certificate of completion.
